Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship items (NY Collection, in-stock caps and accessories) ship within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and Heirloom Collection pieces are handcrafted after you order and typically take 2 to 3 weeks before shipping — you'll be notified once your piece is complete and on its way. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Rock Your Crown is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package leaves our hands, but reach out if you have any concerns and we'll help track it down.
